Getting Oops! No Active Customer or Subscriptions were Found

Hi, I recently moved from other company to three prepay and when I log into my3 account I get the message "Oops! No Active Customer or Subscriptions were Found". Can you help me with this?

Hi there, I was using three before till 01.04.2021. Then I switched another operator for 6 months. Now I have switched to three again. I can not register my account because my email address is same. I have got oops again for my email. What can we do for this problem.

Ahhhh, this means that I have to "de-register" your email address from the My3 system @OkanOzdogan as it's connected with your previous account details. Once your rank changes, pop me a PM with your details > full name, number, address and  date of birth. I'll also need your email address.
