How to disable Voicemail in Prepay?

There is no way to find out how to disable my voicemail with my Prepay line. Can anyone help?

Try this code from your dialer app

 ##002#

I tried that one. It disables my voicemail and replaces it for a voice
message saying that "this number isn't recognised, please check and call
again".

Is that really the only way to disable the voicemail in Three? Getting a
voice message saying that your number isn't recognised???

@Dissabtero Does that happen when you call 171 for your voicemail or when somebody calls you? When you disable your voicemail as per the code @billbond4 posted, and then ring 171, it says "welcome to your voicemail, we are now going to set up your voicemail". Let me know 👍

Hi Deborah, that happens when someone calls to my line, after using the code.

To be more specific: after using ##002# to disable the voicemail and you call that Three line, after some seconds ringing you can hear the following voice message "The number you have called is not recognised. Please check the number and dial again.".
