I ordered a phone yesterday and no confirmation email yet
I bought a xiaomi redmi note 7 yesterday on the 3 store, and I haven't received a confirmation email, order number or tracking number yet. Is this normal?
For some orders at the moment, a confirmation email with the tracking is sent out when your order is dispatched from the warehouse. Can you tell me if this is a new phone with a brand new number with 3 ( Bill pay or Prepay) or is this an upgrade on an existing number?
