Iphone 13 pro upgrade plan is more expensive than prepay

Hi,

I submitted a pre-order to upgrade my device to an iPhone 13 pro 256 and paid 1229.99 EUR for the device.

Later on I noticed that the device only costs 1199.99 EUR for new prepay customers.

Could you please help me understand why it’s more expensive to upgrade? Also check if my order got cancelled successfully?
