Issue not getting resolved

For the past four months I've been debited from MY3 account 15 Euro for texts that I have not purchased and each month I do have to contact 3 online chat to have the credit put back in. Each time they say the technical team is looking into it but it's still not fixed. Yesterday I contacted 3chat online to have the 15 Euro put back into my account as it was debited again from my account, the agent said she would credit it back to my account that day but when I checked my balance today it's not there. Why is this not resolved?

@Declan1 Hello there, do you know what number these texts are coming from? By the sounds of it, you are getting premium rate SMS sent to you. Have a look here, click here and let me know does it apply to you.
