Ive lost most of my balance since March?

Ive lost most of my balance since March?

I would expect to have over €100 in my account but checked today and I only have 30.

I have been on the all you can eat plan so I cant understand where all my credit is.

Please send me my balance/usage report ASAP and rectify the missing credit.

This is the second time since November this has happened.

Did you get this sorted in the end? Something similar happened me but I'm getting apalling customer service

If you don't and you use mobile data, that will use up you credit in a few minutes

Yes I was topping up every 28 days but three moved me off the 3Pay20 plan
without my consent. My credit was then used up.
