My plan did not restart after topping up now I lost €20
I topped up a day before my plan ended because I needed the Internet to top up but my plan did not restart for the month so now I lost €20 and I was already losing money topping up early I would like some consultation and my plan to start tomorrow
@Loyalcustomer Hello there, topping up by €20 in one go will restart your plan. Can you check your My3 to see if yours is active? When you say you lost €20, can you see in My3 where the charges are? Are they on calls/texts or data? Thanks
