As part of my 20 euro monthly top up, I am getting the data but the actual 20 euro hasn't been added to my account. This appears to be happening every month, as it says top up value 20, but new balance 0. I can't even call my voicemail.
@Mick Hello there and welcome to 3Community 👋 I'm guessing you're on our 3 Prepay 20 plan? If so, when you top-up to activate this plan €20 is deducted for all the great price plan benefits that you receive. Take a look at All about: Prepay Plan Activation for more info. Voicemail calls are 15c per minute and are outside your plan benefits so you'll need credit on your phone to call it 👍
