Number porting failed

Hi I’m a new Three customer that just switched over from Vodafone and wanted to keep my number. My old number has been deactivated almost a week now and still hasn’t been transferred to my Three account. Any help at all is appreciated

Take it as a sign and stay away from 3.

@Paul9 Hi there, is your old number deactivated as in cancelled by Vodafone? The number you want to move to our network needs to be active. Have you contacted Vodafone? Let me know.

I'm in a similar position. 

 

Just transferred from Vodafone, and porting seemed to have come over, but since then, I have absolutely no connection voice or data.

 

I'm being told, wait 2 - 5 working days, I need the phone now, not 2-5 working days.

 

Can anybody advise?
