OnLine Account Set Up For Parent

HI,

I'm trying to set-up an on-line account for one of my parents so I can top up on line for them.  Am having problems doing so. Understand there were system updates happening over the last week but still seem to be having issues.

Some customers are still experiencing issues registering a new account, or re-registering an old one. Our tech team are working on this as a priority and will have full services restored as soon as possible.

In the meantime, you don't need to be registered or logged into your online account to top up. You will be able to top up here 👉 https://www.three.ie/plans/phone/prepay/how-to-top-up/.
