Online Top-Up Failure

Hey,

I have tried to top up my three account on two occasions with money being deducted and no balance increase being applied.

BOI Card - 20 deducted and with no balance increase.

Overseas Card - 20 deducted with no balance increase.

Any suggestions?

@Alan2 Hi there and welcome 👋 I'm wondering if your credit has applied since you posted? If not, tell me, when did you apply the top-ups? Also, which price plan are you on? It's possible that your credit is being deducted for your plan benefits when you top-up. Let me know and we'll go from there 👍
