Online topup not reflected in balance

Online Top Up - BOI - not applied to phone

I have topped up by 20 euro on Saturday via BOI online topup. 
My bank has been debited , but my three balance has not been updated. 

Also received this text from three

I've already topped up by 40€ altogether, why does three keep using the 20€ topups as activation fee?
