Phone credit disappeared

Hi,

I had a balance of around €43 before the site maintenance at the end of April. I noticed that this was all gone and contacted Three on twitter on 27th April but they did not help.

I also contacted Three on web chat who also didn't help. Can you please look into this? I notice there are a lot of threads on this so it must be a common issue
