PlayStore purchase charged twice

Hi,

I checked my balance online on My Account, and I tried purchased something in the Google PlayStore of €21.99, it was declined the first time, then I tried again and it worked.

After that I checked again my balance online, and I was charged €43.98. I checked on my PlayStore purchase history and I can only see 1 purchase of €21.99. Why I was charged twice?
