I set up a my3 account when I first bought a prepay phone with 3. Since then I bought a new phone direct from the manufacturer, and sold the original phone.
The old phone is still listed as "your device" on my3. I can't update it on the my3 page, and when I tried live chat with a three expert, they told me the old phone could not be taken off my account, and as the new one was not bought through 3, it cannot be added.
Is there anyway to fix this?
