Replacement SIM from prepay to billpay

I recently ordered a sim-only plan advertised at €15 / month (1/2 price for 6 months).

I received an email to say I would be billed on the 28.04.20 for €33.

My sim the arrived a few days later.


I have followed the instructions to activate my sim... however - online form requires a 19 digit sim number starying 8935305. My sim number start 8935302. I can not proceed any further with the online form. 

I received a text to say to call 1913 or follow the link (back to the online form) and when calling 1913 it also states to fill in the online form.


Date on the sim pack is July 2016...?


I can't get through to anyone via 1913 - wait time is over 2 hours. I understand you are experiencing high volumes of calls but I am unable to process my new order or use my new sim that I am apparently already being billed the wrong amount for.
