Reverting Plan Change

Apologies in advance if I'm posting in the wrong spot, especially after already commenting on a slightly older thread for a similar issue.

Myself and my son switched plans tonight, not realising the credit would be debited for the benefits on the new plan. Is there any way to switch back to our old legacy plan? Thanks in advance for any help at all.

@yhack Good morning, sorry about the delay in getting back to you. Normally once you change off a legacy plan you won't be able to revert. To be sure I need to check your numbers. Can you send me a PM with your name, address and date of birth and of course, your number too?
