Roaming in UK/Northern Ireland

As of Brexit, is the UK and Nothern Ireland now classed as outside the EU and subject to other roaming rates? If yes, what are these?

If no, does the standard EU roaming price list apply and are the EU data usage limits valid.

Please confirm the pricing spreadsheet that I found here is still valid
