SIM card no longer recognised

Hi,

I removed my sim card to switch to another phone and it is no longer detected by any device. I have tried 3 different phones (1 locked to Three network and the other 2 network unlocked), but no device recognises it any more. I have another Three sim card that is detected by all the phones.

It is essential that I have a working sim to receive calls and texts.

How can I get a replacement with my same number or get my current one working again.

Thanks for any help.

@murphyjohn Hello there and welcome to 3Community. Oh no, that's not ideal. It sounds like the SIM was damaged when you removed it. Are you near a 3 store by any chance? If so pop in with ID and the team can set you up with a free replacement SIM card straight away. You'll find a list of 3 stores over here. Alternatively, you can order a free SIM replacement to be posted to you over here. Take a look at All about: SIM Replacements  for details on how to activate your SIM when you receive it 👍
