Switch my plan

It's been an hour and a half since I had contact from an agent via your message service, I have been trying to get sorted since 12.30 with this issue, is there any one here to help?? I really need this sorted asap, it's so disappointing that I have spent 8 hours today(starting at 9 am, and many days last week) trying to switch my plan, speaking to numerous agents and not making any progress, I have just recently rejoined three and have been treated like rubbish since I joined, can you please rectify this or tell me once and for all that it cannot be done and we can part ways.... please I beg you reply and let's get this sorted. One way or another.

@Lar Hi there, let's talk about this and get more info 😊 What plan do you want to move to? Do you want to move to a Prepay plan or Bill Pay with a phone? What plan do you have now? You can change to most plans through My3. Have you tried this? Let me know 👌
