Time to top up email bombardment

Hi Guys,

 

I keep getting a "Time to top up!" email even though I topped up Sunday and the app reflects this.

In fact I have received 68 such emails between 9.00am and 9.46am (3 more while writing this post).

 

The top up was a scheduled one which occurred automatically on the 14th.

Later that day I received a text message to say that my plan would end at midnight (even though I had topped up).

And then the following day I got a text saying thanks for topping up.

 

Could you take a look and make sure everything is expected.

@dakaryellow Thanks for that. I've checked and your top-up went through perfectly on Sunday so the next step is to pass your details to our tech team so they can look into the looping emails 👍
