Hi, two nights ago I tried topping up my phone through the AIB Banking App for €20 and I never received the top up. The next morning my father used his banking to top up my phone to see if it would work, which it did. So in total I paid €40 for €20 worth of credit. Is there any way to get that lost €20 back? Also the money was debited from my banking account.
