Topped up few days ago, txt says credit about to expire...?

Unable to log in at this time.

Live chat is unfindable.

I put 20 euro in my acount a few days ago but txt message just received say it expires on the 21st.

Can someone contact me please?

Or direct me to where "live chat" is available, link etc?

@JohnBoy2000 Hi there, this text alert might be related to a previous top-up and not your current one. There's a section in My3 which shows you your balance details and the expiry for each top-up. For example, a top-up made in November would expire in May. Have a look 😊
