my plan had to change so I tried to switch to 3 prepay 20.
I topped up twice, once by 15 euro and the second time by 10 euro.
I spotted my issue so I wrote to IM support.
I asked if there is anyway to either refund the credit so I can top up by the 20 euro as required at one go to activate the plan.
Or to have support activate the plan for me, using 20 euro of the credit I had applied.
is it seriously impossible to have customer care activate a prepay plan if the credit is there?
any kind of support would be appreciated.
