My webtext allowance did not update on February 23 as the page said it should! Page now says it will go back to 500 in late March. I have recently topped up.
Currently have only email. Will not have usable i’net until tonight Really appalled that this has not been sorted out. Will look tonight for alternative provider

Such a pity it wasn’t resolved with the first PM. Equally sad that your webtext system does not work as advertised. I will try to PM tonight. But I have no time left to fix this, and I can have a new deal and sim on Monday morning.
