Webtext not working, error when opening page

Is there anyone who can give an update on this.  It seems to be going for weeks now.  Below is the error message I am receiving.

Hi it’s pretty discracful that the webtext service has stopped working for a long time now. And I really haven’t got a answer or a time it would be repaired. They can repair faults in space to components millions of miles away what is the problem with this service?
