Your EUR2 DayPass has been activated.

Hi, I seem to have been repeatedly charged for a 2€ day pass depsite having a recurring 1GB 28 day add on.

 

Can you please advise why this has happened? Thanks.

@JHtipp  Your pass didn't add on so you've activated the daily charge. Did you check to see if you 1gb added on again? You ave to have the credit in your balance for it to add so maybe you were charged a daily rate because your pas ran out and then didn't have enough credit to buy the 1GB when it tried to add on again?

Thanks for the reply. From what i can see the most recent add-on was purchased 06/10/2019 but it's showing with 0/1024 usage. So it's almost like it's there but being ignored.

 

Also i note that there is a prepay SIM only plan with All You Can Eat data for 20€ a month (and you keep the credit). This is pretty much what I'm doing yet I have to pay 9.99€ for a 1GB add-on and then also pay for the 2€ day passes!?
