I received a text "From Three: Your plan expires on 11 November".
My next top up isn't due for two weeks so what does this text mean ?
@Galwayguy Hi there, can you tell me the exact date of your last top-up? By any chance was there promotional credit applied to your account on the 14th of October? You'll be able to see this in your My3. Let me know 👍
Yes. I had no idea that it was applied - there was no email or text notification. My next top up isn't due until the 25th November.
@Galwayguy thanks a million for getting back to me with that. I reckon you'll need to top-up on the 25th and for some reason, the promotional credit triggered the notification text. However, I want to make sure this is the case. Can you send me a PM with your details? 👉 full name, number, address and date of birth?
