3: Have you recently done an iOS update?
4: Are you experiencing no service in multiple areas or only your home address?

@pattcj Hi there, tell me, what did you install? If this was the iOS update, did it fully complete? The reason I ask is, if this does not fully complete you could end up with no service. To complete it, you'll need to connect to wifi. Are you noticing that you have no service only at your home address or in other areas too?
