Hi, bought a new phone with three for my mother and didn't realise her sim was too big for the phone. I am now trying to buy her a new prepay sim but can't seem to do this without changing her plan. Is there a way to buy a new sim but keep her on the same plan? She is an existing three customer. Thanks

Hi Jen 👋 If your mother's already a 3 customer, all you need to get is a free replacement SIM card and activate it here 👉 https://bit.ly/2LmEm5G. This means that your mother can keep her plan and everything else as it is 👍 You can pick one up your local 3 store or Carphone Warehouse 😊 SIM cards can vary depending on the plan you're mother is on so be sure to let the store know her plan so that they can give you the right SIM for it 👍
