Occasionally, if you have ordered a very popular phone, we may have to wait for new stock to arrive in our warehouse before we can ship the phone to you.
In these instances, we will be in contact with you via email to let you know your order is delayed. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
If you purchase a phone with Three, delivery is free.
If you purchase an accessory from our Three Accessory Store, there will be a small delivery cost associated with the purchase.
We deliver to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland.
Your order will generally be delivered within 3-4 working days, with the majority of orders being delivered the next working day. Please note that pre-orders are an exception - if you pre-order your phone, it will be shipped to you as soon as the phone is officially launched and as stock arrives in our warehouse.
If you wish to claim VAT back on your online order, you will need a VAT receipt. You can request a VAT receipt by contacting Customer Care - please provide your order number.
Cancelling an Order
If you want to cancel your online order, you will need to contact us as soon as possible. Please bear in mind it may not be possible to cancel depending on how far along in the order process it has moved.
If it’s not too late and we are able to cancel the order, the refund (if applicable) will be returned to the card used to pay within 21 days.
