Online Orders

Ordering from the Online Shop

You can purchase a new phone, router, and accessories on our online shop, three.ie. 

 

Delivery

  • If you purchase a phone or router with Three, delivery is free.
  • If you purchase an accessory from our Three Accessory Store, there will be a small delivery cost associated with the purchase.
  • We deliver to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland. 
  • Your order will generally be delivered within 3-4 working days, with the majority of orders being delivered the next working day. Please note that pre-orders are an exception. If you pre-order your device, it will be shipped to you as soon as the device is officially launched and as stock arrives in our warehouse. 
  • All orders are subject to stock availability.

Store Pickup

Store Pickup is available on the 'Delivery Method' screen. Simply select the 'Store Pick Up' tab and then select your local store. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

 

Keeping Your Number

If you are moving from another Irish network provider and have an existing number you want to keep, that’s no problem! Click here to move your old number over to Three.

 

Delayed Orders

Occasionally, if you have ordered a very popular device, we may have to wait for new stock to arrive in our warehouse before we can ship the device to you. 

 

In these instances, we will contact you via email to let you know that your order is delayed. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

 

Claiming VAT

If you wish to claim VAT back on your online order, you will need a VAT receipt. You can request a VAT receipt by contacting us. Please provide your order number. 

 

Cancelling an Order

  • If you want to cancel your online order, you will need to contact us as soon as possible. Please bear in mind it may not be possible to cancel depending on how far along in the order process it has moved.
  • If it’s not too late and we are able to cancel the order, the refund (if applicable) will be returned to the card used to pay within 21 days.

Once your order has shipped, you can track it by clicking here. You will just need to provide your order reference number (if you experience any difficulties here, try dropping the ‘A’ from the end of the order number).

We cannot change an order after it has been placed. You can return your order within 14 days if you are not happy with it.
