I can't receive authentication texts from my bank

Hi, like many other three customers, I don't receive texts from my bank. I had confirmation from my bank support that these are sent. What can be done to fix this?

@I_just_want_support Hi there, and you're right regarding that there are other 3Community members experiencing this. Can you tell me what type of phone you have and when you started to notice this?

It's actually premium numbers having the issue with. For example I'm not
receiving confirmation messages from Today FM when I enter competitions
when I should (57599 number).
I have an S22 Ultra but have noticed this issue in the past with my
previous phone.

@ronniel21 okay, you'll need to send us a PM, include your full name, number, address and date of birth. some timestamps for the premium numbers will be fantastic too

Hi, im very happy with the S22 Ultra. However, this issue still remains unresolved despite me contacting Three on four separate occassions to sort this problem. I still cant message premium numbers.

@ronniel21 can you send us a PM with the details Deborah asked for above & we'll get this checked out. 

Can you install another messaging app to test out that you can send them via that one? 


I have now waited months for a problem that should be solved within a day
to be resolved. Not only that but after promises of phonecalls and contact,
I have received no communication and the problem remains. Can you please
put me in contact with management in relation to this matter..
