I'm trying to order a replacement SIM card. The website tells me I can do that through Three Chat but, when I try, I get a message saying the agents are not available at this time. I thought the Chat feature was supposed to be 24/7. How can I get the replacement now?
@MaryH Good morning, all our contact channels are extremely busy and for Chat, when all the agents are helping other customers, that notification comes up. Chat is available from 7 am to Midnight every day. Do keep trying 😊 In saying that, I'm able to send you a replacement SIM, however, it will take about 5 days.
