New System During a Pandemic
What a crazy decision to continue with the introduction of the New system during Covid 19. Three talk about connectivity but the new support system is riddled with bugs and there is no support thanks to measures to protect staff. The bot is a washout, Lots of other organisations from Eir to AIB suspended new systems because of covid. Three should be compensating all its customers for its failure to provide a decent support service thanks to this upgrade...cant even see my bill breakdown online anymore.....

absolutely ridiculous decision, at a time with minimal customer support, launch a new system which wont allow customers to log in...appalling service and fully expect 3 to make some effort to rectify this as a matter of urgency
