Order a new phone on Saturday and no tracking information available. Has the phone been dispatched yet?
So the phone isn't in stock ( I had to call to find this out). I have tried to cancel it but then told they cannot do that over the phone. I will be charged for the phone too even though I will never receive it. Can someone please sort this out.
