The new credit situation is honestly discgracefull, when you top up your credit, it activates your plan but leaves you with no credit. This means after the 28 days you'll have to pay €20 just to respond to a text or make a call. The way it was before was really good and I respected three, now I think this is discgracefull and I have lost respect for the brand as it clearly doesn't care about its customers

Totally agree with Patokav.

When talking to the customer service I've got some very rude "You should have read the TOS more carefully then" when asked why this wasn't made more clear when changing the plans.

And apparently I can't even change back because the old plans are discontinued.

I'm already looking for another phone provider to port my number.
