My account was moved from O2 to Three. The Wrong Name is registered to my account. All other details on the account are correct. I can access the account online. The profile shows my name and my number. My credit card is linked to the account. However, there is a different name on my account which I can't see and which Three agents say they will only speak with that person. I don't know the name. I set up the account in my name over 10 years ago. I've never had any issue dealing with 02 agents when they asked my name. How do I find out the wrong name or get the correct name re-registered to my account?
