my3 app won't download

Hi,

I'm trying to download the my3 app from the google play store, but I get an error message that the app isn't available in my country? not sure what to do - I'm a 3 ireland customer, using a 3 sim, but have just moved over from australia.....not sure what's going on there.  Any help???

I have a samsung a20, yes it was bought in australia

Have you tried changing the "country" in your Google Play settings? On your Samsung phone, open the Google Play Store Google Play. Tap Menu Menu and then Account and then Country and profiles.
