I'm a current customer with 3 and my contract was ending at start of May. I asked support if it was possible to receive the Iphone11 as part of my upgrade for the new customer price of €199 with the €45 per month contract and was unable. Therefore I bought the Iphone as a new customer and I have received phone and all by now and now have two accounts. My old account is due to end 5th May.
Does anyone know if i'm able to get my old number onto the new phone and account?

@Craigr86 The offer you went for on the new phone number is related to that new number. You won't be able to move your number over to the new account.
