How does a paying customer get into contact with a living human to discuss the fraudulant issues and activity that Three is engaged in ? I have been to two seperate Three shops to try and get the data plan activated on my account AFTER paying for it for 18 months and IT WAS NOT ON............Guess what...........they couldnt help me ! Go on line they said.................my youth has been wasted trying to get through to this **bleep** network to sort it out. I am going to instruct my bank to cancel the direct debit this afternoon and bring my business elsewhere.
