Switched back to prepay

I used your chat facility a few weeks ago to organise switching back to prepay from billpay as I am leaving the country. I was assured that my account would be switched over on the 22/23rd of this month and still i'm on bill pay which will mean a bill arriving the following month which is exactly what i wanted to avoid. How can i get my account switched back and ensure that I dont receive that bill.?

You will receive an invoice which will cover charges for the last 4 days. You won't receive a bill covering the full month.

Hi, I can see you have been using the phone on billpay until today. I have now cancelled this and reverted the number to prepay for you.
