Hi, We signed up to a Three GovStaff offer last November. We were offered a very competitive rate which included data and new handsets. However we have now been billed three times at a much higher rate than we were originally quoted. I have called the sales team who say that the person who sold the package no longer works with them, but also the rate agreed didn't include data and free handsets. Three customer service don't deal with the queries and we have received no answers from Three GovStaff. Can anyone let me know who deals with the after sales support in these cases?
