I can't access webtext I keep getting diverted back to customer dashboard
@Forget14 Hi there 👋 let's take a look at this for you. Tell me, have you accessed Webtext since you posted? When logged into your My3 dashboard click on My3 on the toolbar at the top and then Send a Webtext. Give it a try and let me know how you get on 👍
@Forget14 Give me some more details on this one - are you getting an error message when you send international texts? Does this happen with one country or more than one? How long have you been noticing this? The more info I have the better so I look forward to hearing from you 😊
