scheduled wedtexts not being delivered

I had scheduled webtexts set up to be delivered last week and they never arrived. I then set up one to me own phone number to see would that be delivered and it wasn't. The texts are coming off my total number of webtexts for the month and when I schedule them I'm getting the banner saying they are scheduled for delivery but then they never arrive. Are others having this problem, any solutions?

@TC1 Hi there, this is something I'll need to look into for you. Can you send me your full name, number, address and date of birth? It'd be great if you can send me the time and date for the scheduled text you sent to yourself. I'll keep an eye out for you in PMs 👌

The problem seems to have resolved itself. The scheduled texts  were finally delivered yesterday and I sent one today which arrived as scheduled.
