I've had 2 online chats today trying to resolve this issue but to no avail. I've cleared cookies, etc. I've logged in and out several times but haven't been able to access my bills. I can log in ok, it's when I go into My Account or View Bills that it gives me an error message saying there's a temporary problem. I got an email last Friday that my bill was available but haven't been able to access it and have been trying since Friday. I can't even access online chat now, the icon for it won't appear on my screen. As a business customer I need to be able to print off my bills. Please help and get it fixed asap.
