I use the webtext and since yesterday I have been asked for a security code every time I log in. Nothing has changed since yesterday, I still use Chrome, I'm still in Kildare...still using the same Mac...it's taking ages to receive the code to get access. Contacted ChatLive...they want me to clear down my caches and cookies...I don't have time...just want to send a text. I used to use Safari but was advised the last time this happened to change to Chrome, it's been working fine up until yesterday evening and now I've been advised that my IP address is showing as outside Ireland so this is why it's asking for the code. NOTHING has changed since yesterday. Why is it doing this all of a sudden after possibly a year with no requests for a code???
I'd use my phone but the signal here is atrocious...and I need to walk about the place to get a bar or two of signal.
