With Level 5 restrictions in place, you may be wondering about the availability of Three Retail stores and Customer Care. Under Level 5 of the government Covid-19 framework, both are deemed as essential and will remain open during this difficult and challenging time.


Our stores are on the essential retail list under Level 5 of the framework. However, we are only open to provide services to our customers on an emergency basis and we encourage you to use self-serve options for all non-emergency related queries. As always, our stores will abide by strict social distancing, and health and safety precautions are in place as per government and expert advice. Christmas shopping or looking for advice on the latest handset.? Under Level 5 of the framework, our Customer Care Centre is deemed as an essential service and will also remain open. During this critical time, it is extremely important that we continue to provide the best possible support to our customers and our Contact Centre remaining open will allow us to do exactly that. Our Retail and Customer Care colleagues have been doing such a fantastic job at keeping our customers connected since the beginning of the pandemic and there is no doubt they will continue to do so while these Level 5 restrictions are in place. It’s a priority to help our customers stay connected and as such we have removed the 750GB data limit from our unlimited broadband plans until December 31st. In addition to this, we’d like to remind you that if you don’t have All You Can Eat Data as part of your phone plan, you can switch now to a new plan through your My3 account How to: Choose a Prepay plan  Alternatively, customers can avail of an All You Can Eat Data add-on available until December 31st to help you through these unprecedented times.
