After updating to iOS 13.5.1 all of my incoming calls are going straight to voicemail on my iPhone SE (1st Gen).
I have checked all of the obvious:
Airplane Mode - OFF
Do Not disturb - OFF
Announce Calls - Always
Silence Unknown Callers - OFF
@Sybot how long has the above been happening? Did occur after the update completed? Are you able to make calls?
