Switching Bitbuzz to new phone

Hi guys - I upgraded to the 4S before Christmas, but Bitbuzz doesn't recognise the handset when I try to log in with my phone number. Can somebody here sort this out for me? Much appreciated...

Hi, I have logged this with our data team to request your number be added to the numbers that are allowed to register. This is usually done within 24 hours

Re: Switching Bitbuzz to new phone

Hi again.

I tried connecting today and it said my phone number was already registered with another device, i.e. my previous phone. What should I do?
