Switching Bitbuzz to new phone

SOLVED

Re: Switching Bitbuzz to new phone

I wish I could but I do not have access to the system at the moment. I will get one of the other guys to check it when they are in.

Re: Switching Bitbuzz to new phone

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I am also unable to access the system so I have sent an email now to query it.

I will update you tomorrow when I get a reply

Re: Switching Bitbuzz to new phone

Hi guys,

Could I get my new phone recognised by bitbuzz? It's saying I've already registered a device (presumably my old phone!)

Thanks

I've deregistered the old phone for you now so you can now register the new phone

I've recently upgraded my phone and would like to deregister my previous handset.

Re: Switching Bitbuzz to new phone

Hi, can you send a PM with the IMEI that needs to be de-registered?

Hi - same for me.  I've upgraded to new iPhone5 and need to deregister my previous handset.  Can you help?  Thanks.
